Product Returns/ Exchange Policies 

We hope you are satisfied with your new purchase. In case if you are not we will happily exchange your purchase within 7 days from the date of receiving your shipment (if the product is purchased via any card payment) given that the customer has proof of purchase with either a receipt or the online order confirmation email. To process a return or exchange simply mail us at and our team will be in touch to assist. Once we receive the request we will process your store credit and a mail confirmation will be sent once it is ready to use.

We do not accept refunds.

All the items delivered as per customer request and matching to the products showing on the website can not be returned/ refund.

Customers who have registered themselves at the time of online purchase can use their store credit for their next online purchase. They can find their store credit under their account name.

Please note that all items returned for exchanges must be unused, unworn and in their original re-saleable condition with all tags intact. All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
